Cool. The one thing I would suggest is to add a new post either with each workout or with a weekly summary. A new post means that people are more likely to see your updates and comment (hopefully with encouragement). I always felt that was a drawback to the 100 Challenge.

Took wed off to recover from B-ball (calf pull, shoulder aches, joint aches... sucks getting old)
Thurs and Today work didn't let me get to the fitness center to run. Going to run or walk dogs tonight at least, get some stuff in on the weekend. Pretty mediocre start to getting this going again, but I just gotta remember "Don't Quit". All the days behind me are behind me and I can't change what I did or didn't do. All I have is the choice now to exercise and not go to the snack machine here at work. :)

Bill Nieberding and I run on Friday mornings at Antrim Lake at 6:45am. You are welcome to join us! We vary between two and three miles. Today wasn't such a good day and I wheezed my way to 2.5. One trip around the lake is 1.25 so that's a nice way to break it up. Personally I hate running by myself - which I try to do twice a week.

BTW, our rule as the weather gets fouler is no running when its raining and less than 40 degrees.

6:45am at Antrim Lake... you're insane...

I'm still a nightowl and couldn't make something that early. But I appreciate the offer. I might try running there sometime. That might be a good motivator (lake being 1.25 miles around)

Where do you park to run around the lake?

At least you are doing something with the b-ball. Hopefully you can keep that up and add in the running.

As for the lake, I believe you park on the other side of 315 and walk under. The park entrance isn't too far down from Uncle John's b-ball court. Unless it has changed in the last few years.

Mark's got the parking down. Need to come up a small road from either Bethel or 161 (don't know the name off hand) just barely west of 315. A quick Google/satellite map check will show it.

Good job. Are you doing all that on your lunch break?

bball is evenings, but the rest is lunch break at the fitness center here at work. After that big September, I'm somewhat idle here now so I can easily make the time, usually.

Last couple weeks were poor as I fought off a cold and an injury to my shoulder. But I'm back on track (he said for the umpteenth time...)

Friday 11/2: 30minutes on treadmill
Sunday 11/4: 3.5 hours blowing leaves in the yard
Monday 11/5: 30 min, 1.75 miles on treadmill (3 min run in there)
