I've been consulting with a 'Health Coach' from UHC as part of Lynn's 'Heathly By Force' insurance plan so I've been getting some new ideas. At the moment my cholesterol is a bit high (212) so I'm changing my workouts a bit. Need to have my family doc evaluate me too but sadly he just moved to Hawaii! Still have not had time to see the replacement. So...
Starting Weight: 168lbs
Weak spots: previous back injury that still nags.
Goal Weight: 155-160lbs seems to be a happy spot.
Other goals: Improve general strength, improve back strength, improve cardio, adjust diet.
