Duggers workouts

Ok, Here we go.

I've been consulting with a 'Health Coach' from UHC as part of Lynn's 'Heathly By Force' insurance plan so I've been getting some new ideas. At the moment my cholesterol is a bit high (212) so I'm changing my workouts a bit. Need to have my family doc evaluate me too but sadly he just moved to Hawaii! Still have not had time to see the replacement. So...

Starting Weight: 168lbs
Weak spots: previous back injury that still nags.

Goal Weight: 155-160lbs seems to be a happy spot.
Other goals: Improve general strength, improve back strength, improve cardio, adjust diet.

Todays workout:

1hr kickboxing class (at CoreTactix in Dublin) followed by a 15min abs class (not the best performace, getting over head cold, but made it through ok)

Todays Diet:
Breakfast - mushroom and cheese omlet w/OJ and an english muffin at First Watch
Lunch - 2 slices of zuchini(sp) bread and glass of V8 Splash
Dinner - Most of a Chipolte burittio (steak/black beans) ans a diet coke (not the best plan but was really run down and starved after workout)

Todays workout:

1 hour kickboxing class (better performace today, still a little bit of hacking/coughing afterwards, dang colds!)

Todays Diet:

Breakfast: Bowl of Honey Nut Cheeros w/glass of OJ
"2nd Breakfast": piece of zuchini bread (w/blueberries) and glass of V8 Splash
Lunch (late): Buffalo Chicken wrap and diet coke
Post workout snack: Piece of flat bread and some roasted red pepper humas, glass of V8 Splash

On shift today, no workout

Todays Diet:

Breakfast (Home): honey nut cheereos and OJ
2nd Breakfast (work): Pot tart, diet coke
Lunch: 2x hotdogs, chips, glass of water
Dinner: Roast, red potatos, cooked carrots, glass of water
Snack: chips, 8oz soda

1 hour kickboxing class (Hmmm, I sense a trend!)

Todays Diet:

Breakfast: honey nut cheereos and OJ
2nd Breakfast: 2 pieces of zuchine bread and diet coke
Lunch: Bowl of soup, glass of V8 spash
Pre-workout snack: piece of flat bread and roasted red pepper humas
Dinner: Stuffed Eggplant w/rice & veggies at Cafe Istanbul (water and Turkish Tea to drink)

Todays Workout:

30 min walking on treadmill, 3 sets of 'perfect pushup's (had meeting today could not make kick boxing, too lazy to drive to gym)

Todays Diet:

Breakfast: cheereo's & OJ
Lunch: spagettio's and V8 spalsh
Dinner: buttered noodles and parm chicken w/sirichi sauce, Dr P to drink

Snacks: 1 fruit/snack bar, couple girl scout cookies and handfull of M&M's (sweet tooth today)

Saturdays workout:

On shift, no workout

Saturdays Diet:

Breakfast: cheereo's and OJ
Morning snacks: cup of coffee, caff free diet coke
Lunch: french toast and sausage links w/water
Dinner: Pappa Johns pizza

Todays Workout:

1.1 mile walk around neighborhood (was going to double it but got sidetracked)

Todays Diet:
Breakfast: Cheero's and OJ (do we see a trend here?)
Lunch: 2x blueberry zuchinni bread, diet coke, fruit and fiber bar
Dinner: Thai curry chicken, Thai beef salad, piece of cake, iced tea (at in-laws)

Mondays Workout:

20min on treadmill, 4 sets pushups (light day), walk around Easton Mall

Mondays Diet:

Breakfast: cheereos & OJ
snacks: fruit & grain bar, diet coke
Lunch: sub sandwich ay Quizzno, DP
Dinner: Thai pork stir-fry, Thai beef salad, steamed rice, V8 Spash
