They aren't kidding when they say men lose it in the face and extremities first. You really see the improvement.

Thanks. I can feel the improvement as well, with clothes fitting more comfortable and less body aches and pains. I still have a ways to go, but I am at least back down to where I was when my cycling season ended (214).

Okay, you've made good progress, I think that's clear. Have you thought about "true-ing up" the sizes of the photos? You're kind of getting a false "reading" since your overall height in the later photos is smaller scale than the original photo...

The picture size is mainly because I don't have a mark on my floor to remind me where to put the camera each week. And my memory is evidently pretty crappy about it. I'll see if I can come closer to mimicking the original picture next week.

I think it will give you a more confident view of your progress, since you're going through the trouble of taking the pictures.

Here is the latest picture. Per Big Dog's request, I tried to get the size of the pictures closer to the original pic. It is still not great and is pretty big PITA, so I probably and not going to worry about it going forward.
