As a nice counter to the wetsuit - put on an older pair of dress pants today and they fit comfortably (they were not viable a couple of weeks ago). So, another nice piece of reinforcement.

I think a lot of times the clothes and belt are even better than seeing a low number on the scale. Congrats.

I agree. The scale has many factors at any one time. The belt/clothes are the really test.

Here's hoping I can get to under 200 shortly, so I can get the White Castle crave out of the way.

Played Alex some BBall this morning over at the rec center. Losing 16.5 pounds plus some conditioning really makes a difference. The last time I played him (before the Nutrisystem), I barely lived through 3 games and lost two in the process. This time, we played three (and one was to an extended number) and I won all three handily.

I am not bragging cause I beat him (his day will come very soon -- he is currently about my height, is projected to be 6'2", and is already a good player), but that I played three games with good hustle and still had some energy left over. And I did have to hustle, because I had no outside shot today -- I think I made one beyond the freethrow line. I quickly abandoned the outside shot and just worked the inside the whole time (which requires more energy to get an opening).

Cool! I'm definitely striving for benefits on the court...
