That does that mean that you are going to eat White Castle tonight and then get on a plane tomorrow? :D

Hmmm, that would be a WGD - Weapon of Gas Destruction.

Tonight was testing for karate. Went up in rank -- now a Green belt (one stripe). Just to give context:

White - comes with the outfit
Gold
Orange
Blue
Purple
Green (2 steps)
Brown (3 steps)
Black (10 steps, but only 8 a really attainable)

So, I am just over 1/2 way to Black. Although, it is kinda like the old 1e xp tables -- geometric progression to get to the next level (perhaps EGG had it right).

 Good job! Hopefully, I'll join you in the downward trend after just trying to hold on to previous losses...

Of course, you realize the emoticons are drinking diet rootbeer!

Thanks guys. I just want to get a head start for my trip to the Bahamas at the end of the month (that is the down thing about time-shares -- sometimes you get odd timing -- two vacations very close to each other). Once I am past that, I should be in a good position for a nice period to loose weight (better weather, no long trips).

I have discovered I truly am a creature of habit. If the proper food is around, I will eat it. If bad food is around, I will it eat as well. So, the beauty of the nutrisystem is that the food is ready in 2-5 minutes, the meals are delivered to your door, they are easy to transport, and they taste good. It is hard to beat that convenience.

So, I would love to say it has been my iron will. But really the only true willpower has been to drink diet colas instead of the real thing and to remember to take the food to work.

Jeffrey,

Any updates? Did you put on 5 pounds during your vacation so I can catch you? :D

I had a meeting this AM that required a suit. I had gotten the suite when my weight had creeped up to 190. Obviously, the jacked felt cramped at 216lbs. So, it buttoned nicely. Plus, I am on the last knotch of the current belt!

Slowly, progress is made (plus, the ankle feels about 80% now -- no limping and I can get back to karate on a limited basis).

Glad to hear you're recovering. It sucks to get an injury that late in the 'day' and get sidelined for days/weeks.

It sucks, but it is the price of trying to be active. There are just times the body does not want to do something :)

Looks like I should have tried your method. Losing another 10 pounds would feel real good right now.
