Well, I am at 92 points after getting days put in. My knee is just a mess now. I went to the doctor's who put me on some anti-inflammatory meds. I was doing great in the early part of the week. Kept my brace on when I walked and was able to move around without noticing much. But I must have slept bad on Wed because I could barely move on Thurs (the day of my doc appt).

Without being able to move I have run into difficulties with the days I have marked as Walk or bike ride with kids in the Challange. I can still do Curves and just work on the upper body. This is just shitty and I am so upset about it. We go to Paris in 5 days where I had hoped to walk everywhere.

I know it is hard to beleive but you really can only watch so much TV before you go absolutely insane.

If I stray beyond my set of "shows-of-interest", I can't stand even a few minutes staring at something I don't care about. Better to sleep.

Sucks that you're suffering the injury, but do everything you can to heal up from it, even if it means losing points on the Challenge (IMHO). Need to be in your best shape for Paree! :)

Coming in a moment in the first post. Big news: I ran 2.0 miles today straight for the first time. I feel pretty crushed right now, but that was my goal for April and I did it. Summary of eating, I didn't do very well, but with the running I didn't really gain the weight back.

Final Stats
I guess I never posted these, so here are the final numbers.

Final Weight: 201.8
Weight Lost: 5.2 pounds
Bike Rides: 4 (81.07 miles)
Workouts on the Gazelle: 13
Yoga Sessions: 2
Trips to the Gym: 6 (does not include the 2 Yoga)

Not a bad month, and I can't really complain with the pound a week average.
