11/9/2007 - 6 hours in yard blowing and raking leaves
11/10/2007 - 3 hours in yard with leaves and other work.

11/13/2007 - 1.5 hours basketball
11/14/2007 - 2.05 miles in 30 min, 4 run intervals.

11/22/2007 - interior house remodeling, walked dogs
11/25/2007 - walked dogs, raked/blew leaves
11/26/2007 - 289lbs home scale. :( fitness center - 2.01miles in 30min. 6 min running pace.

11/27 - 1.5 hours of basketball at UA
11/29 - 2.0 miles in 30 min, 6.0mph top sprint, back and ab lifts.

Weight 285.

11/30 - 2mi in 30 min (1st mile in 13:20), ab and back lifting

My left shoulder is still sore but after next week we have about a month off so that will let it heal up some more. Just playing through it for now.

285# this morning
20min 1.4 mi (13:20min 1st mile)
20 back lifts and 20 ab crunches with weights
6th day of driving to work without getting Tim Horton's breakfast. :)

You seem to have gotten on a real roll with the workout.

Good job. I need to get back to posting my non-workouts. That way, maybe I'll start to feel back about sitting on the couch and getting fat again.

Thanks, yea, my biggest motivator is getting so heavy its hard to put my wedding ring on. And I will eventually have to go back to my doctor to check on the BP so I'm using that as motivation to get back down into the 270s, if not better.

12/10 - first mile 13:50, 1.64miles total in 25:00, back and abs
12/11 - 289 on home scale. :x :?

12/14 - walk dogs 30min
12/15 - walk dogs 30min
12/16 - walk dogs 20min
12/17 - not much
12/18 - back to the fitness center. First mile in 11:50min; 2.15miles in 30min total. 20 reps with 230# for back; 20 reps with 110# for abs.
