How is this going for you? Still doing it on a regular basis? Isn't your initial 90 days about up?

My stage three has slowed a bit. I was not feeling well the first week and the first couple of weeks back to work has been brutal. I have decided to keep active every day (with a rest day), but not purely to the P90X schedule. For instance, I did Karate tonight. Tomorrow will be P90X. Wednesday Karate, and so on. It will slow the process, but I think I will stick to it better here at the end.

That is understandable. How are you feeling after having gone through the majority of the program?

Overall, stronger, better balanced. I still enjoy it and I am seeing positive results.

I haven't seen any Facebook updates in a while. Are you still doing the program?

Restarted the X. A guy at work is doing it as well (boy, is he in for the pain). Want to do mornings - I think that will help form a longer lasting habit, although it is harder to get started (hate that alarm...).

So far so go. A decent amount of pain. The muscles that pull your straight up at the waist are really sore - so when I stand up I look like a hunched over old man :)

But that will pass this week. I did add free-weights to the routines vs. bands - I like them much better.
